These terms apply to your use of this site and the Capacity Assessment, provided by The Regulated Human ("TRH", "we", "us"). By using this site or submitting the assessment, you agree to them.

The Capacity Assessment is developmental, not clinical

• It is a developmental self-assessment, not a medical or psychological diagnosis.
• It does not measure intelligence, potential or worth, and it is not a validated psychometric or clinical instrument.
• It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric or mental-health care. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, please contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
• Your results are a starting point for reflection based on your own self-reported answers, not a fixed or permanent read on who you are.

No guaranteed outcomes

Programs, sessions and content offered by TRH are developmental in nature. We do not guarantee specific results, and outcomes vary based on individual circumstances and effort.

Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information when using this site, and not to use it in a way that could harm TRH, other users, or the operation of the site.

Intellectual property

The TRH name, branding, the Capacity Assessment methodology, and the content on this site belong to TRH and may not be copied or redistributed without our permission.

Limitation of liability

This site and the assessment are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRH is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or reliance on your assessment results.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the effective date above when we do.
