This policy explains what information The Regulated Human ("TRH", "we", "us") collects through this site — including the Capacity Assessment — and how we use it. If you have questions, email us at hello@theregulatedhuman.com.

What we collect

When you take the Capacity Assessment or submit another form on this site, we collect:

• Your name, email address and, if provided, your role.
• Your assessment responses — the opening recognition and growth-edge selections, your baseline-state questionnaire answers, the context you select, your protective-pattern selection, and your ratings on the Intelligence Capacity statements.
• The resulting scored profile (your Capacity Score, Baseline State, Protective Pattern and Personalised Capacity Building Focus).

How we use it

• To score your responses and generate your personalised Capacity Profile.
• To email you a copy of your Capacity Profile as a PDF, at the address you provide.
• To review submissions internally, so our team can follow up if you've asked to work with us.
• To add you to our mailing list, so we can occasionally send you emails about TRH programs, content and offers. Submitting the assessment or another form on this site is how you opt in to this. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing us directly.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Where it's processed

We use Resend, a transactional and marketing email platform, to send you your Capacity Profile, to notify our team of new submissions, and to manage our mailing list. We do not otherwise maintain a separate database of your assessment responses beyond the emails this process generates.

At present, this site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics trackers.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop receiving emails from us, at any time — just email hello@theregulatedhuman.com.

Children

This site and the Capacity Assessment are intended for adults and are not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the effective date above when we do.
